CCI Stamped Concrete Paving. The site is prepared and sub-graded and the mesh and boxing (form work) is placed as required. Concrete is poured and screeding is carried out to falls. A Bull Float is used to prepare the surface to receive CCI Coloured Hardener. A first coat of hardener is applied using a Fresno or Walking trowel so as to work the hardener into the surface. This is followed by a second coat of hardener. CCI Release agent is applied to the rubber mats and to the surface using a brush. The design mats are placed on the surface and a thumper is applied to the mats to imprint the surface. The surface is left to cure properly for aproximately one to two days. The surface is then washed using a mild detergent and broom or power wash to remove excess release agent. Once dry two coats of sealer are applied, first coat North to South and the following day East to West. For any further technical inquiries, please contact our technical department via email.
