Basic application of CCI Topcoat - New concrete surfaces have to cure for at least 14 days before application of Topcoat. Before applying CCI Topcoat any cracks have to be repaired using an appropriate product. A primer mix of water and CCI Activator is then applied to the surface and left to dry. This is followed by an application of the base coat using either a hopper spray gun or trowelled using a round or pointed trowel. The design is created using either CCI Stencil paper or filament tape. The Finish coat is sprayed on the design in an overlapping circular system. This is followed by a second colour if so required. The Stencil paper or filament tape is removed and the surface is cleaned by broom or blower. Two coats of CCI Acylic Sealer are applied on the same day using the North/South and East/West direction.  For any further technical inquiries, please contact our technical department via email.
